Wedding Announcement for Caroline R. Woychik and Aloysuis Slaby

At St. Stanislaus church in this city at 8 o'clock Monday morning occurred the marriage of Mr. Aloysius Slaby to Miss. Caroline Woychik, the Rev. L.J. Kufel officiating. The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Margaret Woychik, while Peter Sobotta served in the capacity of best man. The bride was attired in a beautiful gown of georgette over messaline and carried a bouquet of bride's roses and sweet peas. Her bridesmaid wore a dress of orange organdie. A wedding dinner was served at 11 o'clock to near relatives only at the home of the bride's mother. Both parties to this union are well known and popular young people of their respective communities, the bride being the daughter of Mrs. Mary Woychik of this city and the groom the son of Thos, Slaby of Independence. They left on the afternoon train for a wedding trip which will take them to Gull Lake, Sask., and Purple Springs and Grassy Lake, Alberta and expect to be gone three months, after which they will return to Arcadia and make their home. The LEADER joins their friends in extending congratulations. July 28, 1922
